The Patriarch Project

Our Story

Our story began like so many others. We were a young couple in love, building what we thought was the American Dream, a nice home, reliable cars, and a growing family. From the outside, it looked like we had everything together. But behind closed doors, the pressure of debt and financial stress was taking a toll on our marriage, our peace, and our confidence. We were working hard, earning a good income, and still wondering where all our money had gone each month.

Everything changed when we stopped trying to carry the burden on our own and chose to trust God's direction. Through biblical financial principles, intentional stewardship, and a commitment to doing things differently, we paid off more than $100,000 in consumer debt. But the greatest transformation wasn't in our finances, it was in our family. We learned to communicate better, lead together with purpose, and build our home on God's design instead of the world's definition of success.

That journey became the foundation of The Patriarch Project. What began as God transforming our own family has grown into a mission to help other families experience the same hope and freedom. We believe that when men embrace their God-given role as leaders, husbands, and fathers, families become stronger, communities flourish, and generations are changed. Our story isn't about becoming perfect, it's about discovering that lasting freedom begins when we choose to follow God's plan.

Meet JT

JT Tremblay is the founder of The Patriarch Project, a coaching and leadership organization dedicated to helping men become the leaders God has called them to be. Through biblical principles, practical financial coaching, and leadership development, he equips men to lead their families with purpose, steward their finances wisely, and build a lasting legacy.

The Patriarch Project is built on six foundational pillars: Biblical Manhood, Financial Stewardship, Leadership in the Family, Fatherhood, Leadership in the Community, and Generosity.

With more than 15 years of leadership experience at two Fortune 500 companies, JT has built high-performing teams, developed leaders, and mentored professionals who have gone on to make a meaningful impact in their organizations and communities.

Above all, JT believes his greatest calling is at home. He has been married to his wife for over 15 years, and together they are raising four children. As a husband, father, church leader, and youth football coach, he believes strong leadership begins in the home and is demonstrated through service, sacrifice, and integrity.

Inspired by Proverbs 27:17—"As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another"—The Patriarch Project exists to help men strengthen their faith, gain financial freedom, lead their families well, and become the kind of leaders their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities need.

Our Mission

At The Patriarch Project, our mission is to equip men to become the leaders God has called them to be. We believe that strong families are built by men who lead with humility, integrity, and biblical conviction. Through practical coaching, financial stewardship, and Christ-centered leadership, we help men grow in every area of life so they can faithfully serve their families, churches, workplaces, and communities.

We believe financial stewardship is more than managing money, it's a foundation for faithful leadership. When men learn to steward God's resources wisely, lead their homes intentionally, and live with purpose, they create a legacy that extends far beyond their own lifetime.

Our goal isn't simply to help men improve their finances or become better leaders. It's to help them build a Christ-centered legacy that transforms their families today and influences generations to come.
